Before finalizing their registration, competitors are informed that by accepting the terms and conditions, they also accept the regulations and conditions imposed by Italian law and the organizing company.
Before accepting and requesting a ticket, spectators must accept the terms and conditions. This also applies to minors under the care of their guardians.

1. Competitors do not pay spectator registration fees if they are registered for at least one competition on that day. However, dancers may be asked to pay support fees for picking up their number.

2. Registration for any event must be paid in advance online and the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable from the moment of payment. This also applies to spectator tickets and competitor entry. Spectator tickets are nominative and cannot be transferred to other people. Proof of identity must be presented at the ticket office.

3. Competitors (and their guardians, if under 18) must be aware that they compete at their own risk. No claims will be accepted for illnesses or injuries sustained by participants during the race or warm-up. By participating in any event, the competitor/participant assumes all risks of personal injury and related insurance. The organizers and their TM owners/administrators cannot and will not be held responsible for any injuries or illnesses sustained during the race. Loss, theft, or damage to participants’ personal belongings during the event is the responsibility of the participant and not the organizers or the venue.

4. All participants and (their guardians, if under 18 years of age, Spectators) agree that the rights to any compensation resulting from the television recording, live streaming, and photography of the event shall be attributed to the licensee of TM NAPLES OPEN DANCE FESTIVAL & SOLO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP (the organizers), and no competitor, competitor’s guardian, or association shall have any claim against the organizers, the television broadcaster, the video streaming producer, or the DVD producer.

5. Competitors participating in age-restricted events must comply with the age requirements for the event. This age requirement applies to both participants if dancing as a couple, and each or both participants must meet the age requirements on the day of the competition in which they are participating. 6. Late registrations may be accepted at the discretion of the organizers. All participants who register late will be charged a 50% penalty per event and the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable upon payment.

7. The competition is open to ALL.

8. Obtaining a visa is not the organizers’ responsibility, and if an entry visa is not granted in time for the event, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable upon payment.

9. The organizers’ decisions are final on all matters.
