All packages have Hotel & Gran Gala dinner included (FB, HB, B&B) except the AMESTHYST or ROSé packages.

By booking a package you have the possibility of choosing between a double, triple, or quadruple room, to be mentioned in the booking email.

The single room is not provided except for Pro-Am Packages.

Please note that triple and quadruple rooms can be also made up of two French beds

Prenotando un pacchetto si ha la possibilità di scelta tra camera doppia, tripla, o quadrupla, o maggiore, da menzionare nella mail di prenotazione.

La camera singola non è prevista tranne che per il pacchetti Pro-Am.

How to book the package:

- Give the name of the person making the reservation.

- Declare the package you have chosen and in which structure. Example: SAPPHIRE Package Hotel Aristo B&B formula.

- Specify how many people are included in the reservation (to identify the room type).

- Personal details of all the people present in the booking.

3) Wait for Proforma via email from Naples Open.

4) Make the payment and send a copy via email.

5) Receive Confirmation by email from Naples Open.

5) Ricevere Conferma via mail da Naples Open.

Participation in the competitions is not subject to the purchase of the packages, therefore it is possible to register for the competitions by sending the appropriate registration form that you find in the main menu of our site. To participate in WDO titles, dancers must be registered through the WDO.

Anyone who makes hotel reservations in affiliated hotels not through the NaplesOpen organization will not be able to access any service of the Naples Open - Dance Festival, such as Lectures, Dancing Evenings and Show Dinners, including the Gran Galà, Access to competitions, and access to the public , and the Package(s) will be paid internally.

In order to book private lessons, you need to purchase an overnight package.

Per partecipare ai titoli WDO, i ballerini devono avere la registrazione tramite la WDO.

Chiunque faccia prenotazione alberghiera degli hotel convenzionati non tramite l'organizzazione NaplesOpen, non potrà aver accesso a nessun servizio del Naples Open - Dance Festival, quali Lectures, Serate Danzanti e Cene Spettacolo, incluso il Gran Galà, Accesso alle competizioni, e accesso al pubblico, ed il Pacchetto/i verrà versato internamente.

Per poter prenotare lezioni private bisogna acquistare un pacchetto con pernottamento.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation of any package or private lesson after 5 days of booking is equivalent to the total loss of the price. If at the time of cancellation the down payment is not total, 100% of the amount must be paid.

POLITICHE DI CANCELLAZIONE

La Cancellazione di ogni pacchetto o lezioni private dopo 5 giorni dalla prenotazione, equivale alla perdita totale del prezzo. Se nel momento della cancellazione le quote di acconto non sono totali, vanno pagate per il 100% della quota.
